The rooms are immaculate and in excellent condition. Breakfast and coffee have been fresh daily. All staff members are exceptionally friendly and efficient. GM Shonda has ensured that our stay has been above and beyond any other hotel.
Friendly staff, nice room. Beds was great, clean rooms. Stayed here for 3 weeks, will be back when I come into town. Breakfast was delicious. The young Nicole was very pleasant and nice.She helped me checking in and anytime I need help during my stay she was there 4 me. Good smoking area, and good security at night it made me feel safe.
Rooms are a little outdated but the bed was comfortable, a/c worked very well and clean rooms. Nice area.
Am in town for business and Shonda went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to seeing the remodel and spending more time at this location.
Quiet room. Continental breakfast was ample. Doing remodeling- didn't hear any noise from it. Parking is at a premium though. Will definitely stay here again.
Amazing stay! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—especially loved the bed and the pillows! Breakfast was better than expected with hot and cold options. Location is convenient, close to restaurants. Definitely recommend Comfort Suites Sumter if you're visiting the area!
Comfort Suites in Sumter, SC is like a "home away from home" for me, and Shonda Fullard is a great mgr! Plus, the newly decorated rooms are awesome!!
I came here for my cousin wedding. The room was Spacious for my husband and three kids. We had a king bed and the pullout bed amd they slept so Comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was Crystal clear. I would definitely be stayimg here again.
